TV/DirectTV the feed/switch/receiver in the room was bad couldn't watch TV for more than 10 minutes and the screen would freeze. Negative's: yes we had a pet friendly room but Thursday early AM there were a lot of intoxicated people in the hallway (granted it is a casino) but the dogs were barking as the guests entered there rooms, which in turn created my dog to speak up. Positives: pet friendly rooms clean rooms clean hotel staff maid staff maintenance staff beds are amazing plenty of hot water, Alicia at the River Rock Spa. My credit card still shows that there is an extra $5.00 charge.… I should have been discounted more than the $5.00 that I earn spending money at the slots. This was total bogus from this establishment. My credit card notified me of the increase and when I complained about it that same hostess now wanted to get into the mix of my bill. My meal was good and then when the bill came they charged me the $5.00 of my discount instead of it reading minus there was now $10.00 added.

I got my table with no apology from the hostess. The hostess ignored me and kept taking 8pm reservations back until I lost it and went straight to the head person. I went down and complained that I never received a call for a reminder and that not everyone sits in the casino gambling when they have a room to be in. She took my number and said they would call when it came time as a reminder. She then asked me if I could make it for 7:45pm and I obliged. It was at K-Bar and they prefer reservations. maybe I can we reserved another stay for our anniversary thank you Seven Feathers!… Service by the entire staff was just top notch. Would have liked a micro wave but that was a minor matter. On the vanity the staff had arranged for some sparkling cider and a completed birthday card for my wife.think that didn't make me look good!! My wife could play in the casino and not worry about driving home the same night. On my way out I could smell the aroma of hot apple cider, on a cold day there was something extra special about the beverage a chill off the bones and thoughts of younger days, Our room was fantastic, clean, neat well designed. I left to move my car to the parking lot. From the time we walked through the hotel entrance I couldn't have been more pleased. Driving down I wondered about our room and the effects of covid 19 would affect our stay. We had booked a room for my wife's birthday.
